Tracking Student Benchmark Reading Level Progress

The following document is the perfect for tool to manage your reading data. This Microsoft Office Document allows you to chart your students reading levels as you assess them throughout the year. This document has allowed me to monitor student progress (or lack there of) and discuss trends noted. I used this document to display my reading results in my tenure binder. This document can be used each year for your teacher's portfolio. I included a sample of what a completed chart looks like, directions on how to use the editable chart, and the editable chart.
