What educators are saying

This is a great resource for our high school students. They were very engaged with all of the activities.

Description

★★★★Creating Interior Design Collages! This 3-week unit includes all the resources needed for engaging, hands-on learning, all with step by step instructions. This is a great unit for students to practice their planning, organization, and time management skills. With only one day of direct instruction, the teacher provides the resources and guidances as students complete the learning process.

• Will this program be easy to teach? Yes! All content is organized for easy teacher and student use. Provided is a day by day outline listing teacher and student goals each day and you will get a "what to print" list for the unit. The zip folder contains the one PowerPoint presentation and three rubrics.

• Will the lessons be effective for my students? Yes! This unit has been teacher and student tested! I have taught and reworked lessons for highest learning. Students LOVE creating design collages. With the scaffolding of levels, students are sure to find success and feel proud of their work.

• What if I need to change a lesson? No problem! Most documents are editable allowing for personalization as desired.

• Will my students like this program? Students love this program, and students who like what they’re learning are more likely to choose to actually use what they learned outside the classroom.

• What sets this curriculum apart from others? This project is student driven. With one day of direct instruction, as the teacher you have the remaining 11 days to provide individual guidance as students work on their collages. This is a great time to offer mini conferences with students and provide meaningful feedback.
