+++++ USING THREE-PART CARDS +++++

Three-part cards are a staple in Montessori education, providing children of all ages with the opportunity to explore their world and learn independently. These can be used for matching, sorting, ordering, and any creative discover your child is inspired to try!

+++++ PREPARING YOUR MATERIALS +++++

For the Nomenclature Cards:

1. Print the PDF pages on 8.5” by 11” cardstock. If your printer is not capable of printing clearly on cardstock, it can be printed on regular ream paper and mounted on cardstock afterwards.

2. Cut the pages passed on the dimensions provided.

3. Laminate your cards to ensure durability.

4. Trim away the excess lamination film with curved corners (to protect little fingers!)

5. Let the learning and exploration begin!

For the Student Worksheets:

1. Choose the coloring option best for your learner

2. Print the page (or many copies to encourage lots of practice)

3. Cut sheets in half to measure 8.5" x 5.5"

4. Let your learner match the three-part cards and add in the answers!
