Description

This 20-page social story and cognitive behavioral therapy coloring workbook helps children understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behavior are connected.  It is an introduction to basic CBT concepts. Kids will learn how helpful thoughts and unhelpful thoughts impact their emotions and discuss the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and choices with this CBT tool.
