Description

This smart notebook includes a bellwork slide with puzzle pieces, as a lead in to continental drift. It has guiding questions for the students. It then shows all the continents, with markings such as fossils, mountain ranges, glacial striations. The continents are separate pieces and can be moved around and rotated to fit together. The goal is to create Pangea and try to fit the continents together. This is a great station or whole class introduction or summary activity to continental drift. It also includes an animation and pictures of the continents throughout history.
