Description

This zoo animal themed PowerPoint game reviews the concept of odd and even numbers. The game includes the following components:

**Introduction and examples of odd/even numbers.

**The students will look at groups of zoo animals. They will decide whether the number of animals is odd or even.

**The students will decide if two, three, and four digit numbers are odd or even by looking at the ones place.

**The students will continue odd/even number patterns for two and three digit numbers.

**Lightening Round: The students will play a quick game to review odd/even numbers.

This activity can be used as an independent center, team game, or whole group with the students solving the problems on their own and then checking them together as a class. Students can answer the questions on dry erase boards, paper, math journals, etc. The answers follow all of the questions so the students will get instant feedback.
