Description

This stress management and self care journal guides you to discover more about what matters to you, how to manage your stress, and how you can implement a mindful self care wellness plan unique to you. It is available for both digital use, or as a printable hard copy.

There are three modules in this journal, discover, recognize, and thrive. In each module, you will be guided through an exploratory experience through yourself into wellness, which will help you live life on your own terms, so you can become the person you need.

What you get:

Module One: Discover

In this module you will begin your journey back to yourself. You will be guided through a series of exercises that will help you discover more about who you are, and what is important to you.

Module Two: Recognize

In this module you will learn to recognize how stress shows up in your internal and external worlds. You will examine common stressors, thoughts, and how your body manages stress, as a foundation for your unique blend of stress management.

Module Three: Thrive

In this module you will learn how to cultivate more joy in your life by exploring different types of self care, developing a self care plan, and building a collection of stress management strategies unique to you.
