Description

This is a web search designed to give students historical background knowledge about the Pyramids and their role in ancient Egyptian history. During the search they use a variety of strategies and skills that will prepare them to do research using the internet.

During the internet hunt the students are asked to answer such questions as:

Who were buried in the pyramids?

Where were the pyramids generally found?

Describe step pyramids and explain their purpose.

This is a great way to increase your students ability to use technology as part of their whole learning experience.

I added an Easel version of this webquest. I made the links active within Easel and provided answer boxes for your students. You can assign it from Google classroom or from Easel.
