What educators are saying

This was a great resource in that it included passages, comprehension questions, and a scoot activity. There was so much to do and my students were really able to dig into the passages with the extension questions.

Description

This is the perfect resource for starting your Native American Unit or your American Revolution Unit for Michigan or those learning about the Three Fires! In this Comprehension you will learn about the Three Fires; the Ojibwa, the Potawatomi, and the Odawa. Students will read about each group and have a page of data collection questions about where they lived, what their wigwams looked liked, what they ate, what they made, and why each group was special. Along with these questions are a set of task cards to test students comprehension or let them use their notes to see how their comprehension skills were!

Perfect for note taking skills and comprehension using text evidence!
