Description

The Olmecs (Early Native Peoples in the Americas)

The goal of the powerpoint is to introduce Olmec civilization and culture to your students. The powerpoint consist of 15 slides that explain basic facts about the Olmecs. This powerpoint typically takes me 15 to 40 minutes to cover depending on student age level and questions. My students always enjoy looking at Olmec artwork. This powerpoint is great for showing students about how later cultures in the Americas borrowed or built on Olmec ideas.
