Description
A partner project that allows students to create a unique menu for a restaurant and apply their math skills! This project could be used as a a culminating project for a decimal unit or as a review of decimal operations for later grades. Project includes adding decimals, subtracting decimals, multiplying a decimal by a whole number, and dividing a decimal by a whole number. Decimal practice are in word problem form for students to determine the correct operation.
The Menu Project also includes two optional extensions for after students complete their menu!
Extensions 1: Computing the tax and tip for a bill in the Visiting Another Restaurant worksheet.
