Description
Your students will be begging to be Thing 1, The Lorax, and the Once-ler in this 20-page Reader's Theatre of The Lorax by Dr. Seuss. Working on fluency while also working on presentation skills is a quick way to inject some fun into your classroom while enjoying this classic Dr. Seuss book.
The Lorax script is written for 15 students but can be flexible down to 4 students and as many as 28. I have provided instructions and suggestions on how to do this in the packet. The Reader's Theatre script will be best in upper elementary classrooms, as it is a longer script with more difficult Dr. Seuss-style words.
You will also find some fun no-prep independent or small group activities in the packet. I include those things that my students love: coloring pages, puzzles, and word searches!
Enjoy:

⭐ Teacher Notes to help you know how to assign the script parts.
