Description

This song is a parody teaching Fossils sung to the tune "I've Been Working On the Railroad". This is The Fossil Song, part of the Sing Along Science series of songs. Included is a zip file with the following:

* A color classroom handout with words and pictures for students to read while singing the song.

* A color handout sheet with chords for guitar, piano, or keyboard.

* A wav file from the Sing Along Science CD to play in your classroom.

Sing Along Science is a fun way to teach science by singing information and adding strategies to your teaching. Try adding hand movements to the songs. Brain studies prove that music and movement lessons are remembered because they are stored in the amygdala and hippocampus.
