❒Activity 5: Focuses on characterization
❒Activity 6: Focuses on the information presented in Chapter 7, where students will answer questions about the chapter that focuses on characterization and important conflicts in the novel.
❒ Activity 7: Activity on Conflict
❒ Activity 8: An activity analyzing Cause and Effect
❒ Activity 9: An activity that focuses on The Hero’s Journey
❒ Activity 10: Activity focusing on chapter 15, where students will write a one-sentence summary of the chapter, ask a thematic question, select one significant quote presented in the chapter, and make a prediction. This will be shared in a Think, Pair, Share activity in small groups.
Evaluations included: (All modifiable)
❒ A quiz on Chapters1-6 in Google Docs (answer key and evaluation grid are included)
❒ A test on Chapters 7-13 (Self-correcting Google Forms)
