"The Boy at the Top of the Mountain" Chapter-by-Chapter Comprehension Questions

I have created text-dependent comprehension questions for each chapter of the book "The Boy at the Top of the Mountain" by John Boyne. The questions for each chapter are a great resource as a teacher guide for guided reading groups, a way to track student comprehension, exit slips for the end of chapters, and a way for students to make inferences while they read the book independently. The questions vary from "right-there" type of questions, to making inferences, some require a little bit of research, and using evidence from the text in their responses.
