Description

Do you have to teach some basic Algebra 1 Theory and feel a little overwhelmed? Designed specifically for teachers to help reduce their anxiety when teaching basic Algebraic concepts. So you say that you may be anxious when it comes to teaching Algebra 1 concepts to your students because you haven’t had many math classes and are not a math major. Well here is a resource designed for teachers that is presented in a simplistic manner and will help you get over any possible anxiety. I spent 37 years teaching mathematics and science and have always tried to make my lectures and explanations as basic as possible. I will present to you the technique and style that I used when teaching Algebra 1 to 9th graders as well as remedial students at the community college level. My explanations are tried and true examples that provided each of my students with the knowledge and confidence to face Algebra 1 and beyond with a strong foundation.
Come give it a try and I believe that you will become more confident in your ability to teach Algebra concepts to your students. Teachers who have had my students enrolled in their classes informed me of how well these students comprehended the topics presented.
