Text Structures Task Cards: Pizza

This activity reviews the five common text structures that authors use, giving students a chance to demonstrate their knowledge by matching task cards into a large chart.

The theme of this activity is PIZZA! (Something kids know a lot about!)

This higher ordered thinking activity can be used whole group, independently, in small groups or with partners.

From a full-colored finished chart wall display, to a minimized copied set for individual notebooks, the possibilities are endless.
