Talk, read, talk, write is a great way to implement reading and writing into your CTE course. The process is simple. You are guiding the students through the process. This activity give prompts to the students as to what to talk about, how to annotate while reading, summarizing discussion after reading and guided writing. The focus of this talk, read, talk, write is focused on the history of canning.
