Description

The "Teacher Evaluation Portfolio" is aligned with Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching, and it is editable with Google Slides. Once you add your own information to the template, you can share your work digitally with your administrator. If you want to create a physical binder, just download the typed Google Slides as a PDF document and print!

The "Teacher Evaluation Portfolio" includes:

  • three pages of tips
  • a personal example
  • a binder cover
  • a "table of contents" page
  • four domain dividers
  • twenty-two pages for the components:
    • a place for the level (i.e., the self-evaluation rating)
    • a place for evidence (i.e., identification of the artifact)
    • a place for an explanation (i.e., justification for the rating)

  • a section for a post-evaluation reflection

Please check out the thumbnails to view the professional, modern, and gender-neutral portfolio!
