What educators are saying

This made putting my evidence together for my evaluation so much easier. My admin. liked that I could share it with her and she didn't have to carry around a big binder with printed evidence in it.

Description

In case you didn't have enough to do as a teacher (I know, right?), many states are now requiring educators to prove they are doing everything that they probably already do through a teacher evaluation binder.

The good news is that you are most likely already doing everything you need to do and probably even have all the evidence to back it up. The key is to put an organized system into place to make collecting the artifacts simple and manageable.

I created binder inserts that detail what is expected of us. I slid each of the printouts into a plastic page protector and placed them into a 3-ring binder. I inserted an empty page protector between each of them, added a cover, an artifact tracking sheet and a few tabs and voila.... Evidence collecting made easy!

Using this system, I simply need to slide the artifacts/evidence into the empty sleeves as I collect it. It made what certainly could have been a cumbersome task, quite manageable.

I teach in Massachusetts where we use the Massachusetts Model for Educator Evaluation, but since I know many other states have chosen the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching, I was sure to include all of the materials you would need for that format as well. I also included an editable PowerPoint file if your school district uses neither. Learn more about what included below!

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

binder spines for a 1 inch, 2 inch, and 3 inch binder
