Tall Tale Lesson: John Henry +10 Reading Comprehension Multiple Choice Questions

In this mini-lesson students read a selection to see why a folk song was written about the tall tale hero, John Henry. Then they answer ten multiple choice questions by putting a circle around each correct answer. Along with two colorful drawings of John Henry being a steel driving man, you get two pages of informational text and three stanzas of the John Henry folk song. Multiple choice questions make up two pages and then the fifth page is the answer key.
