Every year teachers in Texas are asked to set goals for themselves. In an effort to support the overwhelming time constraints and demands of teachers, I have created several sample TTESS action plans for Dimension 3, Learning Environment, and Dimension 4, Professional Responsibilities. Please keep in mind that these are generic examples and the goals that you actually create will be personalized to address your teaching style and specific learning needs. Teachers should add details as required by your district. If you need a guide for Dimension 1 or Dimension 2, search #OnlyFabb.
