This binder was set up for teachers in Georgia who will be evaluated on the new TKES Performance Standards – Teacher Keys Effectiveness System. To help with the understanding and expectations of this new evaluation system, I created this binder for myself and other teachers who may find it helpful.

Included in this file:
*Cover Page for your TKES Binder (Editable)
*Page for each of the 10 Performance Standards numbered with the description for each and sample Performance Indicators (what your administrators will be looking for when they do your observations)
*Page for each of the 10 Performance Standards numbered with the description for each and the rubric in which teachers will be scored upon (Level I through Level IV) – Great for self-monitoring prior to official observation. There is also a Notes section on this page for jotting down strengths, weaknesses, or any thoughts you may be having about that standard.
*Matching Spine Inserts (Editable) – 1”, 2”, and 3”
*Extra Notes Page (optional)

The information I used in this binder came from the Georgia Department of Education. I just put it in a teacher-friendly binder for easier organization and documentation.
