Description

"The Wonderful Kingdom of Wigg" is a very sweet, typical "happily ever after" musical, starring King Wiggy of Wigg. The narrative drama is designed to be read aloud while the early elementary children act out the narrative - there are no speaking parts! The music was written for the older elementary students. This way, there is a part for everyone!

This could be considered a "first musical" for students in that in introduces reading separate vocal lines and Voice 1 & Voice 2. A lot of the music is written in unison on these two separate vocal lines to help the students get ready to read 2-part music. This musical has a lot of options on how to be presented, so let your imagination run wild!

Illustrations by Alexander Wiggins & Christina Elmore.
