TEAM Pre-Conference Form: Personification Lesson for Teacher Evaluation

This is the TEAM pre-conference form that goes along with my "Detailed Personification Lesson." By answering the questions in this documents, I was able to prove how the components of my lesson meet level 4 and 5 (proficient/advanced) on the TEAM rubric (used to evaluate teachers). The contents of this product contain all that is needed for a well-developed and thoroughly rich lesson plan over personification. I scored very high on my evaluation when I taught this lesson!
