Description
I first created this template for my high school RSP class. I have been able to reuse it for my middle school SDC class as well.
In this template you will find a completed syllabus, including a section for teacher contact information, mission statement, mini autobiography, materials list, procedures, classroom rules, grading scales, and a classroom agreement for documentation purposes. In the agreement parent includes their best contact times and preferences. (Useful information needed to schedule IEP meetings).
