Sunflower Craft and Writing Activity

This Sunflower Craft and Writing Resource is a fun way for your students to display their writing skills. The are differentiated writing pages for you to choose what is suitable for your students.

Pairing this sunflower craft with a writing task is a multi-step project. Students will be excited to display their writing and knowledge about sunflowers. Suggested breakdown for project completion;

• Day 1; teach your students any background information they may need to write about sunflowers.
• Day 2; help your students complete the writing and/or drawing/coloring portions of the project.
• Day 3; give your students the pieces to cut, glue and assemble. They can also attach the writing page to their craft. Your students will be so proud of their work!
• OR Day 3/4; you can have the craft part of this project set up in an art center and have your students put together the craft and writing pages together the following day.
