Summer Activities - 10 Fun Directed Drawings and Writing Sheets for Grades K-1
Description
SUMMER ACTIVITIES FOR K-1 - 10 Fun Summer Directed Drawings
Our kids LOVE learning how to draw simple images and these sweet pictures are perfect for a little extra fun during the summer break from school.
Each sheet includes a simple picture broken down into six (6) easy steps with a dotted line representing the next part to draw. (See the preview.) There is also ample room to draw on each sheet, along with an opportunity to add details to create a scene and write a sentence to match the finished drawing.
There are ten (10) summer images in all, including:
- a crab
- a fish
- a firework
- a glass of lemonade
- a popsicle
- a pair of sunglasses
- a beach ball
- a slice of watermelon
- an ice cream cone
- a seashell
Full color images have also been included only as a point of reference, but most children will personalize their drawings with their own creative choices.
Check the PREVIEW to see sample pages from the resource.
Special Note: Five of these directed drawing sheets are included in the summer workbooks for kindergarten and first grade. If you already own those books, you will recognize some of the sheets included in this resource. The set in this listing includes 10 directed drawings only. The workbooks include several reading, writing, and math pages for summer skill review. (Links Below)
