Subtraction Rhymes, Games and Centers

Students will learn to subtract as they rhyme, sing and act out number stories 0-10 using objects and pictures. Packet includes Five Green and Speckled Frogs, Ten in a Bed, Ten Little Fish and a giant floor number line to act out number stories on flash cards. Worksheets included for each rhyme to record how many were taken away. The butterfly floor graph can be used for whole group instruction or a math workshop game. Students read number stories and partners walk backwards on the number line to solve it. Great for whole group and center work. All activities are in color and black and white.
