Online Drama Lesson - Virtual Field Trip - Intro To Theatre

This adorable little virtual field trip introduces your class to the basics of theatre: what it is, who are some of the most important people, and how to behave as an audience member. It works well as an online drama lesson for remote learning, but could also be used as a prep lesson in-class before attending a live performance.

Students click on the buttons to navigate through the Powerpoint to read & watch some short videos (YouTube links). There are three open-ended questions for students to write responses based on the material. Assign each student their own copy of the file and they will be able to answer the questions right in the Powerpoint if they switch to edit mode - otherwise they can use the printable version also included.
