Description
This is a self-evaluation for students to fill out prior to parent conferences. They rate themselves on their effort and behavior as well as write a reflection on what they are doing well at school and what they can improve in. It is great for showing parents at conferences to discuss their child's behavior.
This resource includes:

- An editable template to type your own criteria for student self-rating
