Student Self Assessment/Reflection for their own Performance

This is a wonderful tool for students to reflect on their growth and progress in the following areas: initiative, organization, respect for school procedures, work habits, and working with classmates. Students have the opportunity to rate themselves in each area using a scale of never, sometimes, often and always.

Examples include:
I keep all of my materials for school organized.
I consider the impact of my actions on others.
I do my best to be honest to adults, including parents and teachers.
