Suitable for all subject areas, this packet also includes graphic organizers to promote deep thinking and reflection. Sample student reflections help you model meaningful reflections in English, math, social studies, and science. A blank template is included for you to create an example for a 5th subject area.

The tabs and divider pages on the portfolio are editable. Just go to Edit-->Find and Replace to change the subjects on the tabs and divider pages.
