This set was created for students in general and special education. The "Traditional Survey" and "Yes/No Grid" are for all, but have been used for my special education inclusion students at the middle school level.

The "Fun Get to Know You page" not only looks great on bulletin boards but is widely flexible and age appropriate for second graders through high school (and even adults, too!). The "What You Like" and "What You Don’t Like" pages are great for the little ones along with students with special needs. Drawing, writing, and a combination of both makes this activity fun and accessible to all.
