There are three sections included:

  • Begin With the End in Mind - templates for mission statements, student inventory, goal planning, SMART goals, and more! This section is all about goal setting.

  • Data Trackers - data charts for literacy, math, NWEA Data Tracker, and more. This section is all about tracking progress on our goals.

  • Data pages included:
  • NWEA MAP Goal Sheets
  • High Frequency Words (Fry and Dolch Words)
  • Guided Reading Levels
  • Fluency (Words Per Minute)
  • Fact Fluency

  • and SO MANY more

  • "Everyday Extras" - a section with a large variety of notebook covers, motivational pages, homework trackers, and bulletin board ideas. This section is all about engaging our learners!

Although these trackers are accessible for your students to use, they also would be a terrific addition to any teacher data collection system.

Many Common Core Standards are represented (more than listed below) and I also use these pages to track I.E.P. goals and objectives.

A PowerPoint file is included with 35+ trackers. These are editable in PowerPoint by adding a text box.

The preview provides a closer look (there's MANY more pages than shown!) and a table of contents is included in the product thumbnail.

Count to 100 by ones and by tens.
Add and subtract within 20, demonstrating fluency for addition and subtraction within 10. Use strategies such as counting on; making ten (e.g., 8 + 6 = 8 + 2 + 4 = 10 + 4 = 14); decomposing a number leading to a ten (e.g., 13 - 4 = 13 - 3 - 1 = 10 - 1 = 9); using the relationship between addition and subtraction (e.g., knowing that 8 + 4 = 12, one knows 12 - 8 = 4); and creating equivalent but easier or known sums (e.g., adding 6 + 7 by creating the known equivalent 6 + 6 + 1 = 12 + 1 = 13).
Fluently add and subtract within 20 using mental strategies. By end of Grade 2, know from memory all sums of two one-digit numbers.
Recognize and name all upper- and lowercase letters of the alphabet.
