This resource is best used in two different ways.
Copy Individual Pages
Copy individual pages for students to solve. You can go over the pages as a class and talk about problem solving strategies, or students can complete the pages as independent work on homework.
Make a Journal
Copy all 40 story problems and combine with the journal cover, how to solve a story problem, and possible strategy pages. Students can complete the journal independently and check their answers by scanning the QR codes. You can also complete specific pages together as a class or send home for homework. In addition, you can copy the journal to send home with a student that needs extra practice in problem solving.
