Status of the Class Bundle for Teachers

As teachers, we're always teaching, BUT we're also always learning.

This bundle includes all of my Status of the Class products, plus the adaptations, additions, and changes I'm making as I use the practice in my own classroom. So this bundle will be growing.

I first learned about Status of the Class from a blog called The Rigorous Owl. Status of the class accomplishes three things:

• It tracks what students read.
• It monitors progress and growth in reading.
• It gathers data from which to individualize and differentiate instruction.
• And it helps students discover who they are as readers by setting achievable goals.

To get you started, this bundle includes:

• One Status of the Class chart in color
• One Status of the Class chart in black and white
• One updated Status of the Class chart that includes space for goal-setting.
• One TBR (to be read) chart in color that can be pasted into a notebooks for students to keep track of titles or authors they want to read next
• One TBR chart in black and white
• One BIF (books I finished) chart in color that can be pasted into a notebook for students to track the books they've read
• One BIF chart in black and white

This bundle also includes five different designs for your teacher notebook - the place where you keep your students' charts.
