It takes time to adjust to a new environment. My advice is to take it step by step, gradually incorporating your ideas as you settle in.

A vital aspect is to focus on developing a comprehensive school counseling program. The ASCA National Model is a valuable resource for creating templates and planning activities each month. To track your progress effectively, I recommend using SCUTA, a tool that helped me immensely by generating helpful graphs and data summaries.
