What educators are saying

So many of my students struggle with performance anxiety. They really enjoyed these lessons, particularly the discussions we had. I think it helped my students to know there are others who go through the same thing. Great for anytime, but especially before a concert.
SO GOOD. We did this packet before our first performance of the year and it was SO beneficial to my students. I loved the way everything was laid out and the discussions we had around these worksheets. Highly recommend.

Description

*Over 300 sold!* 10 Ready-to-use printable worksheets or digital worksheets teaching students about performance anxiety, aka stage fright! Great for chorus sub plans. This social emotional learning lesson address what performance anxiety is, the symptoms, and strategies middle and high school students can use to manage their performance anxiety better.

No prep needed and teachers are able to pick and choose which pages they want to use with the lesson version without page numbers.

Google Slides and Power Point files have text boxes and draggable shapes for students to use when completing this lesson digitally. That will save you and your students time and focus on the meat and potatoes of this social emotional learning lesson - learning about how to handle their performance anxiety.

This resource gives examples of different performances (band, orchestra, debate, etc.), but this social emotional learning lesson on performance anxiety is neutral in its presentation so any class that has a performance component can use this.

What’s in this resource:

  • 10 pages of worksheets about performance anxiety
    • Each version has two files - with or without page numbers
      • PDF version for printable worksheets
      • Power Point
      • Google Slides
        • The links are located in the TOU PDF within the zipped file.

What's NOT in this resource: Customizing the text of the directions and exercises. The worksheets in this resource are intended to be used as is. Teachers can pick and choose which portions if the only want to use some of the worksheets, but there is not a blank or customizable version of this product where teachers can alter the directions and exercises.

The worksheets are flattened as images so students are unable to move or delete the activities if they are completing this social emotional learning lesson digitally.
