Description

Your students are observing leprechauns in their natural habitat and reporting on their findings. But these are not your typical leprechauns. Students must imagine and design what this newly discovered species looks like and report on their adaptations, food chain, and classification.

This STEAM project is an art project that incorporates science standards. It is intended for S.T.E.A.M., S.T.E.M., art, or math & science classrooms. It follows the design process which closely mimics the engineering design process and includes a list of requirements to incorporate real world design experience.

Includes:

· Teacher guide

· Projectable (or printable) scenario page

· Student guide pages

· Information sheet on the science or math needed for the assignment

· Design process poster
