HOW THIS WORKS:

1. Everything is ready to go for you! You will present the slide show to your students (detailed directions inside). Students can build with real blocks or use the virtual one (great for computer class)

2. Students select between a this or that choice

3. Depending on their choice, they will collect a specific number of blocks

4. As they move through the this or that slide show, students will collect more & more blocks

5. At the end of the game, students will get some time to BUILD (anything they choose)

6. Take some time to share the creations with the class

WHAT I DID:

• One game took us about 25 minutes.
• Students used real Lego pieces or digital blocks through the computer.
• After the game was done, students shared what they created. It was a great switch for something fun & engaging!!
• This does work better over a computer, but can still be opened on a tablet/phone with Google Slides app.

• Google Slide Show (teacher must have a Google sign in to open)
• Spring themed
• This or That slide show (15 prompts with building blocks)
• Built in timers
• Student digital building & response sheet (Build with virtual blocks or Lego)
• This will take at least 25 minutes
• Teacher directions on how to play
• Teacher directions on how to send through Google Classroom
• Teacher directions on how to convert to Microsoft (For use of automatic timers, use the slideshow in Google Slides)
