These THEMED sound-loaded articulation carrier phrases for speech therapy include HUNDREDS of opportunities to actively engage preschool, elementary, and school-aged students using ANY HOLIDAY or SEASONAL themed activity or book!
Your students will LOVE creating sentences using their articulation targets using these FUN carrier phrases. This resource includes sentence strips and 4x6 task box-sized cards in color and B&W versions. You can also use this resource as a NO-PREP option by storing pages in sheet protectors. Students can choose which silly sentence they would like to create when presented with four different choices!
You'll receive HUNDREDS of Articulation sentence strips including holiday and seasonal themed words that contain the target phoneme in mixed word positions. The sound loaded sentence strips allow for multiple repetitions and language opportunities to discuss absurdities.
Themes Included:
GREAT FOR PUSH IN THERAPY! I use my students spelling or reading words with my articulation strips which is functional and fun for the student! The regular education teachers all comment on how "cool" it is to see them working on their curriculum and speech at the same time!

ACTIVITY SUGGESTIONS:
- I like to use my articulation, phonology, and language manipulatives from my Ultimate Toolkit.You can also use toys and winter themed manipulatives with the sentence strips for an ADDED play based activity!
- I also use the cutout from my Speech Sound Cue Worksheets as manipulatives.
- The sentences can be silly! This gives you the option to encourage students to change components within the strip and/or targets to make the sentence grammatically correct!
- Give each student a task sized card and have them chose which silly sentence they would like to create! Great for mixed groups!
- Send B&W pages home for extra carryover practice! Students can use toys in their home or targets found within their monthly calendars to create sentences!
