Description
Are you so busy in your speech therapy group sessions that you find your data collection on random sheets of paper or sticky notes and have to find and sort them at the end of the day? I know, I've been there. I want to help you with this group data slip product. Each group will have their very own data collection sheet. You pull out the form when they walk in and track each student during the session. You can use the included targets for drilling or your list of targets (blank form included). When that group walks out, you grab your next group's form. Bam. Done. You are no longer trying to keep up with tiny slips of paper, writing on your hands, or even your table. Plus, if you use brightly colored paper, it will make you smile as you monitor your progress. And think about how impressed the boss or a parent will be when they walk in, and you pull out your very organized data tool. ;) When you are ready to bill, grab your forms and bill away.
This product is straightforward to prep and assemble. Look at the video above to see just how easy it is! There are only three steps to complete.
Assembly Instructions:
- Print the speech group data form onto card stock and laminate it.
- Print out the goal sheets you need for your students and cut a slip for each student.
- Attach the slip to the laminated group data form with double-sided tape and start collecting your data.
You will be able to track six sessions. Cut a new strip at the end of the sixth session and tape it on the previous slip.
Each data form will hold up to 4 students.
You can use the blank data form that is included for your language students.
You can use the tally sheet to show parents' and teachers' progress.
