Special Ed Google Drive Organizer (Editable-Pastels) - Case Manager

Have you been struggling to keep all your info organized? I have been using google drive for years and finally created on organization system that I LOVE! I decided to make an editable one! I love keeping all the important caseload info on one google doc! It is so easy to keep track of everything when it's all in one place. This contains many tabs and you can easily delete/add what you want/need!

*Classroom Schedule (add your student at the top and have a master schedule!)

*IEP (Keep track of what services your students have, eligibility, AR due date, etc)

*Academic Data

*Specials/Bus Schedule (keep track of which students are on each route/parent pick up)

*Meetings (keep track of when all IEP minutes are for the year and check off when you have completed invites, PLOP requests, etc!

*Birthdays! (Can't forget to keep tabs on this!)

*Parent Communication (student info/parent/cell phone/home/emails/address/etc)

*Lesson Plans (Do you have a hard time finding the perfect planner because you have so many stations? Keep track of it all here! Plan out all your para stations here too!

*Checklists (check the boxes off as you complete each item for students...ex: beginning of the year when you may need to create social stories, visual schedules, progress monitoring tracker, etc)

*IEP Accommodations Checklist
