Spanish Music Video Project - Video de Musica Española

With this video project, students pick a Spanish language pop song and then design, film, and edit their own Spanish music video to it.

Students can work alone or in groups up to 4, and for me it takes 10 days in class. The project develops technology skills, Spanish speaking (singing!) skills, and cultural knowledge.

• “Guia de planear” Planning Guide for 4 different scenes in their video (in Spanish)
• List of school appropriate Spanish language pop-songs
• 80 point Rubric

The listing includes two different versions of the project. The first version is just the video project, and the second version includes the video and also a written research / analysis project on a Spanish language pop star, music style, or song. I include requirements and rubrics for both projects.
