    Here's what teachers are saying:

    * "If I could give 100 stars to The Spanish Bundle from World Language Cafe, I would!! This purchase, hands down, is the best decision I have ever made regarding Spanish classroom resources. . . . Every single unit, activity, project, etc. is so well planned, explained, and beautifully designed that anyone can use and easily implement them in their Spanish classroom. This is my 18th year teaching . . . I wish I had found this years ago!"

    * "Obviously an incredible amount of work went into the creation of this product. It is very comprehensive. Thank you for creating these lessons. I know that they will be a great help in my class."

    * "I am so excited to have this! You make such beautiful resources - your photos are always so bright and colorful. I look forward to using these resources which really cover a lot of topics. Thank you so much for this offer!"

    This bundle includes:

    Culture:

    Spanish Speaking Countries Bundle

Most textbooks don’t teach enough culture and this is what students love to learn the most. My Spanish Speaking Countries Bundle is instant culture for the whole year. Each week, pick a Hispanic country and plan a cultural Friday where you show 6-8 colorful photos from the country, color a country flag, learn interesting facts, and travel virtually with 101 short video clips. Also includes: large flags to hang in class, map practice and quizzes, nationality practice and quizzes, country-capital practice, speaking activities, questions for each video, etc. This is one of my most popular resources.

    Euro Money Pack

Print these euros on cardstock and laminate them for classroom manipulatives. Great for practicing numbers and conversation skills. We set up a marketplace in class with clients and customers. Students love this!

    Games and Fun:

    50 Spanish Games and Activities

Do you ever run out of fun review games to play? I know that by March, I’m pretty tapped out and on the hunt for something new. Re-energize your class by: designing paper T-shirts, enjoying authentic food at your own language cafe, playing classroom sports, singing songs, writing fairy tales, and reviewing verbs and vocabulary with fun games. Your students will learn a ton, but won’t even notice because they’ll be having such a blast.

Famous Hispanics Game and Research Project

This is a PPT presentation based on the game, “20 Clues”. Students read each clue in Spanish and try to guess the famous person. Each student writes a guess for each clue. The student with the first correct guess gets to read and click the next set of clues. Follow up by having students write their own set of clues for homework. More advanced students do a famous Hispanic research project and presentation. This resource is great for sub plans. Just print the English translations of the clues and sub instructions, and you’re good to go.

    Inspirational Classroom Signs

Picked some of my favorite inspirational quotes and made them into class decorations with beautiful photos. I hang up a new one every week or so. The kids love deciphering what they mean.

    Grammar:

    * Each of these grammar units includes everything you need to teach these concepts from start to finish.

    Spanish Commands Unit

Formation guides, homework practice, quizzes, games, songs, pamphlet project, stations, Internet practice, readings, and a composition.

    Preterite Imperfect Bundle

These two tenses are perhaps the trickiest topic to teach in Spanish. This mega bundle took me months to create. Use the PPT slides to teach formation and usage, as well as for practice activities. Follow the step-by-step instructions of how to teach both of these complex tenses so that your students can use them easily and know how to choose between the two. Songs, video stories, memes, flashcards, fill-in-the-blank stories, quizzes, tests, task cards, writing activities, and more. Having this unit would have made my life so much easier when I first started teaching and the best part is that you get to use it every year for the rest of your career! That’s at least a three week break from lesson planning each year.

    Spanish Question Words Unit

For some reason, students really struggle with these, but they don’t have to be so hard. They’re such crucial words for understanding language! This unit covers them all and gets students practicing in real-life situations. Also, teaches the difference between “qué” and “cúal”.

    Spanish Subjunctive Unit

Oh - the dreaded subjunctive that students never seem to understand.  Throw out the old ways of teaching with WEIRDO and other strange pneumonics.  Students learn when to use subjunctive or indicative the best when they use them in context. This 2-3 week unit will walk you through each step of teaching this tense.  Includes:  formation guides, speaking activities, games, quizzes, tests, Internet activities, songs, memes, etc.

    Spanish II Exam

Are you and your colleagues tired of spending countless hours creating the listening, speaking, reading, writing, culture, and grammar parts of each exam?  This print-and-go student-tested exam has everything you need including grading rubrics and answer sheets.  You can pick and choose the sections to differentiate for various ability levels from lower classes to honors.

    Holidays:

    Day of the Dead Bundle

My favorite Hispanic holiday! Colorful PPT presentation, video clips, song with activities, crafts, make your own memorials, word wall words, skull mini books, etc. These activities really bring this holiday to life!

    Thanksgiving Bundle

Need some time to bake pies and clean the house before your guests come or to pack before you travel? These print and go writing activities, lesson plans, games, and crafts have everything you need to make it through the last 3 days before Thanksgiving break.

    Hanukkah, Christmas, New Year's Bundle

Games, structured writing, elf activities, video links about New Year’s traditions, etc.

    Spanish Valentine's Day

Use these vocab expressions, games, speaking and writing activities, crafts, and cheesy love songs to guarantee that every student has a special day (at least in Spanish class). Speed dating, vocab games, serenades, cootie catchers, etc.

    Preschool Spanish Valentine

Same as above, but for grades PK-6.

    Cinco de Mayo Bundle

A PPT presentation with colorful photos from my month-long trip to Mexico. Throw out the stereotypes and teach your students what Mexico is really like. Debunk the myths surrounding Cinco de Mayo with the real facts and history of this holiday.

    Speaking:

    Spanish Speaking Activities, Test

40 speaking situations to use for quarterly oral exams or as speaking activities in class. A variety of scenarios for all levels, ordered from easiest to hardest.

    Present Perfect Speaking Activity

Students pretend to be on the show, “Top Chef”. Using cards with visuals, students ask each other if they have done certain cooking tasks. “Have you prepared the soup? No, not yet. Hurry up! Do it now!”

    Writing:

    Spanish Fairy Tale Project

The perfect final project for juniors or seniors. Using vocabulary and verb tenses that they’ve learned throughout the year, they work in groups to write and illustrate fairy tales. Step-by-step instructions with rubrics, transition words, and peer edit sheets. All self-guided work – the perfect cure for senioritis!

    Spanish Transition Words

100 transition words for beginners to AP students. 3 levels of words with sample sentences for each. Dramatically improves their writing. No more choppy sentences!

    End of Year Memory Page

This yearbook page for Spanish class is a fun writing activity to review favorite moments from the year.

    Verbs and Vocab:

    Interactive Notebook Flashcards Bundle

I got so tired of traditional flashcards that didn’t work very well, so I invented these flashcards with a photo on one side and the word in the target language on the other side. Students tape them directly into their notebooks and practice writing underneath the flaps. No more lost or misspelled flashcards! Great for visual learners.

    Interactive Notebook Trifold Flashcards Bundle

A variation on my other INB flashcards. These strips of paper tell a small story. Students fill in the blanks in the stories on one side and then fill in more parts of the story on the other. Lastly, they write the complete sentences in their notebooks. These make great sub plans!

    Spanish Vocabulary Themes

Are you planning a curriculum of Spanish lesson plans for PreK-8 language learners? These vocab themes list keywords, how to pronounce them, and show simple grammar concepts that go with each theme. A perfect jumping off point for your curriculum.

    Spanish Food Flashcards Bundle

Add some pizzazz to your food units and classroom marketplaces! Flashcards, game ideas, video clips, etc.

    Classroom Flashcards

800+ colorful Spanish vocabulary and verb flashcards to help students master vocab and verb meanings quickly and easily. Students look at the photos and flip the cards to learn their meanings in Spanish.
