I use this in my classroom as a 2 week unit (perfect for the chaotic end of the year)!
I also used this twice for maternity plans! My sub did not speak Spanish and this worked great! Students loved having CHOICE, administration loved having NO COMPLAINTS, & my long term sub loved the ease & organization - her focus was on classroom management. She was even able to grade the projects! Students just did 3 rotations & had to choose a project from a different category each time.
