What educators are saying

I love the bright photographs used in these sorting books. This is a great way for my students to practice categorization and generalizing taught concepts. The materials can be presented in different ways depending on student need. I use these daily.

    Description

Do you have students working to master sorting, categorizing, identifying and classifying? Students in special education sometimes need a little extra practice and attention when learning these pre-academic skills. Knowing how to visually discriminate can further guide their future through learning and communication.

These sorting skill books are designed to provide structure and promote learning and independence. These books use real world concrete photos to give your students visual representations in each category. It is important to give our students real world photos- sometimes it can be much easier for them to understand something abstract when they are given a concrete photo to relate to.
