What educators are saying

Love these easy cut and paste activities for kindergarten students to learn about the properties of matter.
This was perfect for our matter unit. Students were able to participate in hands on sorting activities to get them thinking and talking about matter.

Description

Sorting properties of matter is the focus of this unit. Your students will have a great time sorting real life pictures of objects into the following properties of matter: shape, weight, color, texture, temperature, size, and buoyancy. Each of these sorting activities would make a great science station and can be used with the 14 included recording sheets. There are also the following sorting properties of matter activities - 10 cut and paste sorting pages, 10 color code sort pages, and 11 sheets to cut and paste magazine pictures to.

Thanks for taking a look.
