Your students will have a fun with this classic game of Bingo during the solar eclipse!
I have included 35 game boards (in color and black and white) with a solar eclipse theme and vocabulary words. The 16 words are randomly used in each of the bingo boards. The words are: sun, glasses, dark, moves, shadow, rare, eclipse, total, watch, partial, Earth, view, even, Moon, sky, light.
These bingo boards are also editable! To use it, simply type in any 16 items on page 1. As you type, the words will randomize and auto-fill into all 35 Bingo boards. It’s really that easy!
Since this version is editable, you're not limited to vocabulary words. You can add in sight words, math facts, phonics skills, or anything else your class is studying. If using math facts, have students solve the problem before covering it on their board. These editable Bingo boards can be created and used an endless number of times!
To play, read aloud any word or math fact. Students will cover the corresponding item on their board. If they get 4 in a row - horizontally, vertically, or diagonally - they yell "Bingo!" and win the game. A checklist of the words you entered will also be auto-filled, allowing you to mark off each word as you call it.
All the words entered will auto-size to fit, accommodating any length. The fonts shown are already embedded in the resource, so there's no need to download any additional fonts. However, this means you also cannot change the fonts. Take a closer look at these bingo board in the preview. Your students will absolutely love this game!
